6. Project Timelines

• Estimated completion timelines are provided in good faith.
• Timelines may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Vendor delays
• Labour shortages
• Government restrictions
• Force majeure events
• Client-requested modifications

Kiara Interiors shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.

7. Design Ownership and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All designs, concepts, drawings, layouts, presentations, renderings, plans, and related materials created by Kiara Interiors remain the intellectual property of the Company.
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive right to use such designs solely for the project for which they were created.
• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our designs without prior written consent.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Kiara Interiors, its directors, employees, consultants, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Client-provided information
• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of designs or services
• Violations of applicable laws

14. Force Majeure

Kiara Interiors shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
